Refund Policy

1. Tutor Commission Fee Refunds

Commission fees are only refundable under these conditions:

  • The assignment is cancelled by the parent before the first lesson.

  • The assignment details were incorrect or misleading.

  • The Platform cancels the job after payment but before confirmation.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Tutor cancellations after confirmation.

  • Inability to contact the parent after 48 hours due to tutor's own unresponsiveness.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

2. Parent Refunds

Our platform acts solely as a matching service between parents and tutors. We do not collect or hold any tuition fees from parents.

  • All tuition payments are made directly between parents and tutors.

  • As such, the platform is not responsible for issuing refunds for lessons or disputes related to payment.

Should any issues arise between parent and tutor, both parties are encouraged to resolve them directly. You may contact our support team for assistance in mediation, but we do not offer monetary refunds.
